Mud Island Fishing Comp - 21st July 2019

The event will run 6am-12pm from Nudgee Beach Boat Ramp. Competitors will have 6 hours to record their catches on a smartphone app (details provided upon registration). We will base ourselves in and around Mud Island, but expect that some riders will venture further out, to find other fishing locations. 

All attendees please plan to be returning to the Boat Ramp at approx 11:30am, for the presentation and BBQ lunch at 12pm. 

For the novices amongst us who don't want to miss the chance to get out on the water, we will have a group leaving the Nudgee Beach Boat Ramp at 8:30am. The plan is to circumnavigate Mud Island, and from there, you will have approx 2 hours to 'do your own thing'; find a nice spot to anchor off, try your hand at fishing, snorkelling, or go exploring. 

Prizes up for grabs include a LinQ Cooler, LinQ fuel caddy, $500 in store voucher and fuel card. As well as awesome Frogleys Offshore fishing rods. Don't miss out!
